Email Implementation

Sumary: iCortex allows you to convert web notifications into automated Email Campaign Orchestration.

iCortex allows you to automatically convert your web notifications into an email. To do this, configure the general information for the emails that your Profiles will receive.

Performing this configuration is very simple; enter the iCortex Engineering Revenue Ecosystem with your administrator credentials and follow these steps:

3. It is important that you configure all the information. In the ‘Email From’ field, enter the name of your online store:

4. In the ‘Reply to’ field, enter the email address where you will receive responses from your Profiles:

5. When you have the correct information in both fields, click on ‘Save’:

⚠️ Important: Ensure that the notifications status is enabled.

You can disable it whenever you want, but we recommend keeping it active; this way, you will increase your chances of selling.

7. Your store contact information will be added to all your emails. At the bottom, you can verify that the information is correct. If you wish to modify anything, click on ‘General Settings’ (you can expand the information in this section here)

It is that simple to configure the information to send emails to your Profiles. This powerful tool will be a great ally in keeping your Profiles up to date with your brand’s news.
