Creating Engagement Flows

Automation has become an indispensable tool for maintaining effective communication with your Contacts. One of the most powerful functions in this area is the Engagement Flow, a system that allows you to Orchestrate a series of predefined messages to your Profiles automatically and in a personalized manner.

With Engagement Flows, you can maintain the interest of your Contacts, as well as foster engagement with your brand. These Flows will be active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They will reach the Segment you choose in the configuration and will Orchestrate the message you desire.

Configuring Engagement Flows

Configuring a new Engagement Flow is quite simple. By mastering this function, you will be making the most of the potential of our iCortex Engineering Revenue Ecosystem, optimizing your time and resources while building stronger relationships with your Segment. Explained below is how you can create and configure your own Engagement Flow to increase revenue.

  • Locate yourself on the main screen of our iCortex Engineering Revenue Ecosystem.

  • In the left side menu, access Strategic Cycles.

  • Within Strategic Cycles, select Engagement Flows.

  • The Engagement Flows screen will appear. You will be able to view the two Flows that are configured automatically: Welcome Messages and Get Recommendations.
  • Select Create Flow.

Defining the Strategic Cycle

  • A floating window will appear where you will begin the parameterization of the new Flow. The first thing to define is the Flow Duration. You can select from three options: Short, Medium, and Long Term. For this example, Long Term (6 weeks) is selected.

  • Subsequently, select the green Next button.

Filtering Revenue Profiles

  • Next, define the filter to select the Profiles to which the Flow will be Orchestrated. Select the Select filters button.

  • A window will open to add segmentation conditions. Select the + button under Add “or” condition.

  • Three fields appear. In the first field, “Filter type”, the dropdown list opens. For this example, “City” is selected. In the second “Condition” field, “contains” is selected.
  • In the third “Word or Phrase” field, “Buenos Aires” is added.

  • Then, select the red Save button. An Engagement Flow has been created for the specific Buenos Aires Segment.

You can create as many Engagement Flows as you require in our iCortex Engineering Revenue Ecosystem, with the filters you consider relevant for your operation and the number of messages you deem necessary. Execution is efficient and intuitive.
