Profile Management and Billing

This article details the location of your profile within the iCortex™ Engineering Revenue Ecosystem. Your personal data and billing-related information reside here, along with operational summaries. We will now proceed with the review.

Regardless of the menu section you are in, locate your avatar in the upper right corner. Clicking on this element will grant you access to your profile section:

Profile Management Content

In this section, all your account data is displayed, grouped under the ‘Billing Profile’ section.

• Complete your details accurately; they can be updated whenever necessary.
• In the ‘About you’ section, it is recommended to include a concise summary about yourself, your entity, or your business initiative.
• Here you will find your logo and a description of the operational permissions assigned to your account.

Billing

• You will be able to locate and download the virtual invoices corresponding to your Service Tier.
• The information for the selected Service Tier and its expiration date is detailed.
• You have a control to update your Service Tier if you require a modification.

Sign Out

By default, the application stores your information even after closing the window or the application. To effectively end the session, an explicit action is required.

If you are operating from a secondary device (it is recommended to sign out on non-secure devices), if you need to unlink the account when sharing it with your team, or if you have ended your contractual relationship with our service, use the ‘Sign Out’ option accessible by clicking on the avatar.

Once the sign-out is executed, you must re-enter your credentials to access the iCortex™ Engineering Revenue Ecosystem again.
