In iCortex you can personalize your orchestrations and communications with graphic elements to optimize the attention of your Profiles.

Note: There are different sections within the iCortex Engineering Revenue Ecosystem in which you can implement graphics:

• Campaign Orchestration

• Brand Recall
• General Settings
• Profile Capture

You can upload graphics in fields that contain the corresponding icon. They will be identified because they have this appearance:

There are two methods to implement graphics in the iCortex Engineering Revenue Ecosystem: from your device or as an Architecture from Canva.

Implementing graphics from the device

1. To implement graphics stored on your mobile device or workstation, click on the target field that indicates ‘Add image’:

2. A window will be displayed; there, click on the ‘Upload image’ button:

3. Locate the graphic to be implemented on your device or workstation and select it, then click ‘Open’:

4. You can crop your graphic or readjust the selection frame. Once the graphic presents the desired visualization, click the ‘Ok’ button:

Implementation completed. Now, you will be able to preview the uploaded graphic:

Implementing graphics from Canva

1. It is also possible to design your graphic elements in Canva and implement them from this application. If you choose this path, click the ‘Canva design’ button:

2. Select the type of graphic you want to compose. You can select the format:

3. The Canva design interface will open. You can compose your design directly there; when finished, press the ‘Publish’ button:

4. Likewise, you can crop your graphic or adjust the selection frame. Once the graphic presents the desired visualization, click the ‘Ok’ button:

You can now preview your graphics! The presentation is optimal.

Recommendation: Verify the dimensions of your graphics. The image fields indicate the suggested sizes (example: 600×300 px) to ensure the correct presentation of your Architectures:
