Sumary: Details regarding the orchestration of automated alerts for Profiles following the acquisition of a good or service.

Once the acquisition is confirmed, the Profile will be able to receive notifications regarding the status of their Order Lifecycle Milestones. This article details the process for receiving these communications.

Note: Depending on the e-commerce solution implemented (TiendaNube, Prestashop, Shopify, etc.), caution is recommended to avoid duplicate email communications, as these systems typically issue native alerts regarding payment and shipping events.

Activation Configuration:

To activate or deactivate orchestration nodes, access the ‘Strategic Cycles’ section and select ‘Purchase Experience’.

Toggle each switch to manage the corresponding orchestration node.

1. Payment Milestone

This is the initial communication that is generated upon approval of an acquisition payment. The alert received by the Profile will be displayed as follows:

When the order is in the preparation or assembly process, the second alert is generated. The communication received by the Profile will be as follows:

3. Logistics Milestone

Finally, when the order has been dispatched, the Profile receives the communication that includes the tracking code. This alert is issued exclusively if the order is managed by a transport company; if the method is ‘store pickup’ or ‘to be agreed’, this communication is not activated.

Generally, these communications are delivered via push notification and SMS.

Critical Note: the tracking code must be registered in the order status for the orchestration to include such information.

Orchestration via SMS

Any of the communications can be orchestrated via SMS, but SMS credit consumption must be considered. For this reason, it is advised to keep SMS active only for the dispatched order alert.

In case of credit depletion, you may top up SMS credits (these credits do not have an expiration date) or migrate to a higher Service Tier that incorporates a larger monthly volume of SMS.

Justification for SMS Orchestration

Many Profiles will complete acquisitions without being subscribed to push notifications, limiting receipt to email. In certain cases, the Profile might not open their inbox or the message could be classified as spam.

SMS does not require prior subscription and is the optimal channel for notifying critical events, such as the dispatch of an acquisition, ensuring message visibility.

Inclusion of Tracking Code

If your business operates under Tienda Nube, you can integrate the tracking code provided by the transport company so that the communication contains this information. Enter it in the designated field:

Technical Note: if you perform shipments via Correo Argentino or Andreani, the Profile can track their package by clicking on the alert, which will automatically redirect them to the logistics provider’s page.

Records of order cycle communications are kept in the ‘Logs’ section for 5 days before their automatic deletion.

These notifications ensure that the Profile receives direct information about their acquisition, optimizing the provision of an automated and high-efficiency after-sales service.
