The iCortex Engineering Revenue Ecosystem provides an analytical report that allows you to quantify the results of your implemented strategies. Additionally, the effectiveness of the latest Campaign Orchestrations is visualized, facilitating the optimization of future communication Architectures.

Locating Revenue Metrics

  • To access the metrics, navigate to the main menu and select the Dashboard option:

Revenue Contributions

  • Here, a consolidated view of revenue contributions is presented. This allows you to evaluate the performance of your Campaign Orchestrations and the percentage of total revenue attributable to these actions. The metric focuses on the last 30-day period.
  • The following analytical information is detailed:
    • Revenue contributions: volume of transactions generated by an action configured through iCortex.
    • Total revenue: Consolidated revenue recorded in your E-commerce platform.
    • Profit from contributions: amount of profit generated by attributed transactions.
    • Total amount: total aggregate profit from transactions recorded in your E-commerce platform.
    • Latest transactions: detailed record of recent transactions.

Contributions by Orchestration Nodes

  • In this section, the percentage of contribution of each Orchestration Node used to direct communications to Profiles is visualized. This chart also reflects data from the last 30 days:
