Revenue Milestone Visualizer

Sumary: This chart reveals the precise behavior of Profiles before each revenue realization, facilitating strategic optimization.

At iCortex™, we understand that every revenue realization is the result of a strategic journey, and understanding that path is fundamental to scaling your operation. Therefore, we have implemented an advanced analytical tool in your dashboard: the Revenue Milestone Visualizer. This chart not only displays transactions but also exposes the exact behavior of Profiles prior to each conversion, allowing you to refine your Campaign Orchestration protocols with superior precision.

In this documentation, each component of this visualizer will be detailed, from operational foundations to the interpretation of granular data to support informed decisions and empower your Orchestration Nodes.

Operational Foundations: Axes and Timeframe

To begin analyzing the visualizer, it is imperative to understand its primary coordinates:

  • Y-Axis (Vertical): Transaction Monetary Value: This axis represents the financial amount of each purchase. A higher position on the chart indicates a greater value of the associated transaction. This facilitates the identification of high-value transactions and the correlation with previous interactions.
  • X-Axis (Horizontal): Revenue Chronology: This axis demarcates the date range. Currently, the visualizer presents realizations recorded in the last 14 days, providing an updated perspective on recent Profile behavior.

Analytical Filtering: Orchestration Node Control

A critical functionality of this visualizer is the ability to customize the graphical representation. In the upper section, there are selection controls that correspond to the different Orchestration Nodes that have intervened in your revenue (e.g., ‘Mass Sends’, ‘Predictive Cortex™’, ‘Engagement Flows’, ‘Revenue Recovery’, ‘Purchase Experience’).

  • Selective Activation and Deactivation: You can interact with these controls to enable or disable the visibility of each node on the chart. This is essential for focusing the analysis on the performance of a specific node, performing binary comparisons, or simplifying the visualization. If you only need to observe revenue influenced by the Revenue Recovery node, deactivate the others.

Each Point, a Transaction: Breakdown by Node Attribution

The core of the visualizer resides in each scattered point, which represents a revenue realization.

  • Color Coding: Node Attribution: The color of each point is decisive, as it indicates the Orchestration Node to which the revenue realization was attributed. iCortex™ employs a proprietary algorithm to discern which of your communications generated the decisive influence in the purchase process. This chromatic distinction allows for quickly visualizing which nodes are catalyzing the greatest amount of revenue and at what value.

Deep Analysis: Detail of Preceding Actions

This is where the visualizer manifests its superior analytical capacity. By positioning the cursor (or clicking) over any revenue point on the chart, a pop-up window will be displayed. This window provides a detailed log of the Profile’s behavior before that transaction.

  • Chronological Log of Interactions: Within this window, a chronologically ordered list (from oldest to most recent) of all actions executed by the Profile and interactions sustained with iCortex™ messages is presented. This includes:
    • Date and Time: The precise instant of the interaction.
    • Action Type: Whether the message was ‘Message Viewed’ (the Profile viewed it), ‘Clicked’ (the Profile interacted with a link), etc.
    • Orchestration Node: The specific iCortex™ node to which said interaction corresponded (e.g., ‘Node Orchestration (push)’, ‘Revenue Recovery (email)’).
  • Operational Conclusion: Purchase Date and iCortex™ Contribution: At the end of this detailed log, two crucial metrics are found:
    • Realization Date: The exact date and time of the transaction.
    • Estimated Contribution: A monetary value that quantifies the estimated contribution of iCortex™ in that specific realization. This data allows for the precise quantification of the Return on Investment (ROI) of your messaging protocols.

Node Optimization: Data Interpretation

Once all elements of the visualizer are understood, how is this intelligence used to optimize your strategies?

  • Identification of Revenue Patterns: Analyze the sequences of events that precede realizations. Are there recurring patterns? For example, do multiple high-value revenues originate after a specific Engagement Flow followed by a promotional Node Orchestration?
  • Evaluation of Specific Node Efficacy: Use node filters to isolate and analyze the performance of each one. If a node shows numerous revenue attributions with limited interactions (e.g., only a ‘Message Viewed’), this may indicate a highly effective node in the final phase, or the need to incorporate more previous touchpoints for Profile maturation.
  • Refinement of Flows and Automations: If it is detected that certain types of messages or Engagement Flows (such as those for Revenue Recovery or those powered by Predictive Cortex™) consistently precede realizations, consider replicating or improving those Flows for other Profile Segments.
  • Detection of Friction Points: If a Profile accumulates multiple interactions without realization, the visualizer helps identify where the process stalled. Did the last message not provide the necessary stimulation?

The new iCortex™ Revenue Milestone Visualizer constitutes a fundamental analysis tool for any entity seeking to transcend superficial metrics.

It provides a granular view of the journey that Profiles execute toward revenue realization, allowing you to execute data-driven decisions to optimize your Orchestration Nodes, refine the Purchase Experience, and, consequently, increase revenue.

It is recommended to explore this functionality to discern the unique revenue patterns of your Profiles. If you require technical clarification, contact the support team.
