Sumary: Algorithmic segmentation and automatic profile architectures optimize audience management, enabling efficient categorization of Profiles based on their engagement level and conversion potential.

The Algorithmic Segment Architectures system constitutes the foundation of intelligent segmentation within the iCortex Engineering Revenue Ecosystem. Its primary function is the algorithmic categorization of Profiles based on their behavior and engagement level, allowing for audience management without manual intervention from the start of implementation.

To audit these architectures, navigate to the “Segments” section and select the “Create Segment” option:

In this section, the four fundamental groups defined by the system are presented:

Taxonomy of Algorithmic Segments

  • Least Active Audiences: Profiles that have not registered interactions with the orchestration in a period equal to or greater than 6 months.
  • Active Audiences: Profiles that have interacted with the brand within the last semester.
  • Most Active Audiences: Profiles whose navigation and interaction indicate a high probability of conversion.
  • High-loyalty segment: Profiles with a constant and recurring frequency of interaction with orchestrated notifications.

It is essential to note that, for system integrity, automatic segments have a fixed configuration and do not allow for direct editing or deletion:

However, the platform allows for the cloning of these architectures using the corresponding icon:

Strategic Application of Cloning

Cloning a profile allows you to add additional filtering layers to obtain high-value strategic data. For example, by duplicating the “Qualified Leads” architecture from the last 30 days and integrating a specific geographic filter (e.g., “Buenos Aires”), the organization obtains a micro-segment with validated purchase intent in a particular logistics zone.

Additionally, the iCortex architecture allows for the creation of custom profiles, the detailed configuration of which can be consulted in the technical documentation here.

Operational Diagnosis: The effectiveness of the orchestration depends on the assignment of the correct target profile according to the nature of the message. In purchase incentive campaigns using discounts, it is recommended to use the “Qualified Leads” segment, thereby maximizing return on investment by targeting Profiles with a higher propensity to close.

The implementation of automatic profiles optimizes workflows and ensures that the orchestration strategy is aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
