Sumary: Access performance metrics for deployed Orchestrations.

This section allows you to evaluate the effectiveness of your Orchestrations. You will be able to track total clicks, understand Profile behavior by observing Orchestrations displayed without interaction, identify barriers with Orchestrations closed by the Profile, and optimize delivery by observing those not yet displayed.

Functionality Location

The “Deployed Orchestrations” section is located in the “Summary” tab, at the end of the main view. Below is a visual resource to facilitate its location:

Orchestration Filtering

  1. It is possible to select the number of Orchestrations to view.

Orchestration Information

Within the Orchestrations table, there are six columns with relevant data; let’s analyze each one:

Architectures

Visualization of the Architecture content featured in the Orchestration.

Deployed Orchestrations table, ‘Architectures’ column.

Profiles

Allows you to visualize how many Profiles were impacted by each Orchestration.

Deployed Orchestrations table, ‘Profiles’ column.

Status

Allows you to verify if the Orchestrations were dispatched successfully.

Deployed Orchestrations table, ‘Status’ column.

Orchestration Nodes

This column displays through which node each Orchestration was dispatched, e.g., push, email.

Deployed Orchestrations table, ‘Orchestration Nodes’ column.

Deployment Date

Shows the date and time each specific Orchestration was dispatched.

Deployed Orchestrations table, ‘Deployment Date’ column.

Actions

Within this column, you will find the visualizations for each Orchestration, performance metrics, and the option to delete the Orchestration.

– Performance Metrics

On the left section, you will find granular information on the Orchestrations: views, interactions, and clicks.

Total Clicks: Indicates the aggregate number of times Profiles have interacted by clicking on the dispatched Orchestrations. A high volume of clicks suggests high relevance and appeal of the Architecture.

Orchestrations displayed without interaction: Reflects how many Orchestrations have been viewed by Profiles but have not generated any action (e.g., clicks). This helps identify Orchestrations that are seen but do not catalyze a response, suggesting the need to review the content strategy to increase persuasion or relevance.

Displayed and closed by the Profile: Details the number of Orchestrations that Profiles have dismissed without interacting. If a high rate of closing without reading is observed, it is imperative to re-evaluate the deployment strategy and the Architecture content.

Not yet displayed: Represents the volume of messages that have not yet been opened or viewed by the Profiles. In the case of email communications, it indicates that the message has not been opened; in the case of push notifications, it indicates that the message could not be displayed due to notification bar saturation on the device, device inactivity, or the Profile unsubscribing from push notifications.

On the right section, you will find the detail of interaction points (clicks):
