Sumary: Learn how to configure destination links in your iCortex™ communications.

Your mass dispatches and Engagement Flows include configurable destination links in your iCortex™ messages. This section details the configuration of these elements to maximize operational efficiency.

Action links are configured in the Orchestration Settings sections and when designing messages within Engagement Flows:

👍🏼Optimization: Incorporating at least one action link increases the interaction rate with your content.

Proceed with the link configuration as follows:

  1. Click on the action element you wish to configure:

2. In the first field, enter the action link label; this text will be visible to the Profile:

3. In the second field, specify the destination URL. This can be your store, a landing page, or a direct contact channel:

4. In the right panel, you can view the preview of how the message and its action links will be presented:

5. There is a default link to the URL configured, which is activated by clicking on the main image of the iCortex™ message. Usually, this links to your domain’s home page. This link is also modifiable in its corresponding field:

Guidelines for effective action link implementation:

  • Do not limit yourself to directing traffic only to your main domain or the default link. For each orchestration, integrate links to your social assets to expand your community or invite your Profiles to a direct communication channel such as WhatsApp. The application possibilities are vast.
  • You have two action links available; optimize their use. You can direct one link to product news and the second to an alternative contact channel: WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger.
  • It is recommended to use links exclusively associated with your commercial operation. The inclusion of unrelated external URLs may be interpreted as unwanted traffic.
  • Use direct calls to action in your link labels. Instead of a passive descriptor such as, for example: “Product Catalog,” use: “Access Now.” These phrases prompt the Profile to execute the required action.

A strategic configuration for the combination of links and message optimization could be:

  • Main link (image): Link to Social Networks
  • First Action Link: Link to WhatsApp channel
  • Second Action Link: Strategic Offers Page

The combination of links, aligned with the strategy and the type of orchestration, constitutes a high-performance practice.

You now have the parameters to configure your action links optimally. Proceed with the implementation.
