Recovered Profiles Analysis

Sumary: Identifying the effectiveness of Campaign Orchestration through the Recovered Profiles report.

In the iCortex Engineering Revenue Ecosystem Dashboard, you can consult Recovered Profiles. This metric allows you to review how many and which Profiles revisited your website after receiving a Campaign Orchestration.

• The Recovered Profiles metric is located below the sales report. The chart indicates the number of Profiles for each Orchestration Node, identified by a different color. The report shows Profiles from the last 30 days:

The Recovered Profiles report allows you to analyze the behavior of Profiles returning to the website and identify effective Campaign Orchestrations to increase retention and engagement.
