To configure your first Orchestration, access here, or navigate from the main menu by selecting the ‘Orchestrate campaign’ option:

Architecture Title

Define the title of your communication. Incorporate a distinctive value proposition for your Profiles. Example: We have an exclusive incentive for you!.

Keep in mind that you have limited time to capture the recipient’s attention.

Message Body

  • Now enter the description in ‘Write your message here’. Detail the specific offer, promotion, or benefit.
  • In this field, you can be more exhaustive. Remember that this communication will also be delivered via email, and a robust description will increase the attention of your Contacts.

AI Optimization

iCortex™ facilitates content generation when inspiration is limited. Simply enter a base description of your news, proposal, or product specification and our AI will execute the optimization.

  • Result: You have an optimized Architecture to maximize the interaction rate. Click ‘Apply’ to integrate the generated Architecture into the form:

Incorporation of Visual Elements

It is possible to enrich your communication with visual elements that increase attention.

Recommendation: Images showing Profiles interacting with your product demonstrate greater efficacy than static representations of the item. Human identification with the product experience encourages the desire for replication in other Profiles.

Call to Action Buttons

iCortex™ allows the inclusion of two actionable buttons. Use them to direct your Contacts to the specific desired sections of your digital infrastructure.

  • Now configure the buttons. You can implement one or two. Click on ‘First button’; a modal window will appear:
  • Include a descriptive text for the button and the destination URL. Use calls to action to boost your Architecture. To finish this configuration, press ‘Ok’:
  • In the bottom section, click the ‘Next step’ button:

Step 2. Target Audience Selection

  • Click directly on ‘Next step’; this will select all your Profiles by default:

Step 3. Orchestration Nodes Definition

  • It is recommended to keep the default configuration and proceed to the ‘Next step’:

Step 4. Destination URL Definition

  • Enter the destination URL, which is the address to which your Profiles will be redirected when interacting with the communication. Once defined, click ‘Next step’:

Step 5. Orchestration Summary

  • Verify the accuracy of all information. If the configuration is satisfactory, activate the “Set The Schedule” button:
  • A pop-up window will appear for scheduling the delivery. The tool allows you to schedule the Orchestration for any time. Define the date and time. Additionally, you can configure the sending of a follow-up communication if the Profiles have not interacted with the initial link.
  • Finally, configure an expiration time, useful if the incentive offered has a defined temporal validity. Click ‘Schedule notification’:
  • Process completed. Your communication has been scheduled to be executed on the specified date and time.
