One of the keys to achieving a successful revenue engineering strategy is the acquisition and retention of Profiles. Having a qualified database with Contacts genuinely interested in your offers allows for effective Campaign Orchestration and maximization of returns.

The iCortex™ provides a robust tool for the acquisition of Profiles: the customizable Capture Trigger. The procedure for its configuration is described below.

Defining the Capture Trigger

This Trigger is presented strategically on the website, urging visitors to join the ecosystem of Profiles. It is not a standard element; it allows for total customization aligned with the entity’s identity and objectives. The Trigger is typically positioned in the lower right corner of the web interface, allowing for margin and chromatic adjustment.

Capture Trigger Configuration Procedure

From design to message parameterization and precise placement, you maintain full control to optimize the acquisition of new Profiles. The implementation steps are detailed below:

  • In the side navigation panel, select Settings.
  • A submenu will unfold. Locate and select Capture Trigger.
  • The Capture Trigger configuration interface will load.

Message Associated with the Trigger

The Trigger allows you to configure text that will be displayed after 10 seconds of visitor interaction with the site. This text functions as a concise summary to incentivize the acquisition of Profiles. Consider this text as a synopsis of the value proposition presented in the Profile Capture Interface.

  • The first step is to incorporate the desired activation message for visitors.
  • For this example, the following text is implemented: “Participate in Giveaways and Discounts!”.

Trigger Positioning

The Trigger is located by default in the lower right corner of the screen, but the margins can be adjusted to ensure optimal positioning.

Initially, adjust the right margin. This parameter defines the distance between the Trigger and the right edge of the window. For our case study, the value is set to “20”.

The same procedure is applied for the bottom margin, which corresponds to the separation from the bottom edge of the window. For this example, the value “80” is entered.

Trigger Chromatics

The color of the Trigger is a determining factor in capturing the attention of Profiles. It is recommended to select a shade consistent with the website’s aesthetics, ideally replicating the colorimetry of the platform’s primary interaction elements.

It is possible to choose the color from the dropdown palette or enter the hexadecimal nomenclature directly if the color code is predefined.

Activating or Deactivating the Trigger

If temporary suspension of the Trigger is required, toggle the slider switch labeled “Status”; it will change to a grayish tone.

Finally, press the “Deploy Interface” button. The Capture Trigger configuration will be implemented.

A visually optimized and correctly positioned Trigger in the digital environment is fundamental to maximizing the incorporation of new Profiles into your database.
