Through the Revenue Recovery option, potential sales will be converted into effective transactions. By implementing strategic stimuli, such as discounts or shipping cost waivers, Profiles are motivated to return to their cart and complete the transaction, increasing revenue and mitigating the loss of opportunities.

Accessing the Feature

  • Locate the menu on the left panel of the application and select the ‘Lifecycle Strategies’ tab
  • Access the “Revenue Recovery” section

Once the section is located, proceed with the operational configuration.

Stimulation Typologies

Stimulations can be configured to catalyze the completion of the purchase. Below are considerations for their selection:

  • Email: The system dispatches electronic communications to Profiles. This functionality consumes credits; ensure you maintain an adequate balance.

  • Push Notifications: Push notifications are distributed to the mobile devices of Profiles who have interacted with the Profile Capture Interface.

  • WhatsApp: The Profile receives a message via WhatsApp with the product reference and the link to continue the transaction. It is possible to configure your entity’s operational hours so that the orchestration executes within that timeframe. For configuration, consult the documentation in the provided link.

  • SMS: Text messages are high-impact, precision nodes. You can choose which incentive to send to recover the purchase as a last resort.

Important Note: The code must be generated and implemented first in your E-commerce platform and subsequently entered into the iCortex Engineering Revenue Ecosystem.

The system orchestrates the sending of stimulations 1 hours after the last page visit, and only if the Profile has generated a cart without completing the payment.

Activate orchestration for Order Lifecycle Milestones. Through this functionality, email communications are dispatched to Profiles for tracking their acquisitions.

This feature is essential for your E-commerce operation, as it allows for the segmentation and analysis of the Profiles’ transactional journey.
