The orchestration artifacts sent to your Profiles are an extension of your brand. You can now fully customize them within our iCortex Engineering Revenue Ecosystem. With the new header and footer options, every automated artifact will have a professional design consistent with your visual identity.

Additionally, including links to your social media directly in the artifact footer increases engagement and provides more avenues for Profiles to interact with you. The procedure for implementing this functionality is detailed below.

Location for Header and Footer Configuration

To customize these artifact components, follow these operational steps:

  • Enter the iCortex Engineering Revenue Ecosystem and navigate to the main screen.
  • In the side menu, select “Settings”.
  • Subsequently, select “Email”.
  • To define the header, click on “Header Type” and select whether you want only the logo or a full image.
  • Next, upload the image intended for the header. The optimal size is 1920×384 pixels to ensure visual fidelity.
  • Subsequently, configure your footer by uploading the selected image. The recommended size is also 1920×384 pixels.
  • Click on “Deploy” and the configuration will be applied.

Once the changes are implemented, the iCortex Engineering Revenue Ecosystem will automatically apply this design to all artifacts originating from your account. Individual editing for each orchestration is not required.

An artifact with an optimized design and clear links to your social media projects greater legitimacy and professionalism. These details increase the distinction of your communications.

Header Definition: Logo or Full Image

You can select between two header standards: a centered logo or a panoramic image that covers the full width of the artifact. If you opt for the full image, the optimal dimensional parameter is 1920×384 pixels to ensure sharpness on all devices.

Strategic Footer Design

The footer is the area to reinforce brand identity and direct Profiles toward secondary actions. Like the header, the recommended size for images is 1920×384 pixels. This is where social media links are integrated.

A well-structured footer balances functionality with aesthetics. This optimizes the Profile experience and raises the probability of interaction with your brand outside the reception environment.

Procedure for Modifying or Deleting Images

If you need to update your header or footer, navigate again to the email settings section. There you will find your configured visual elements along with the delete button. By activating it, the image is removed, allowing for the implementation of a new visual asset.

Social Media Integration in a Single Step

In the footer tab, you will find a toggle switch labeled “Show social media at the end”. By activating it, your social media icons will be incorporated into the footer automatically.

Visualization of Optimized Artifacts

Your artifacts will now present a more professional and complete appearance. The header will be positioned in the top section, followed by the specific content of each orchestration.

And the footer will conclude the message, integrated with access to your social media.
