Sumary: The iCortex Engineering Revenue Ecosystem provides a tool for calculating operational profitability. For new deployments, this utility allows for an estimated projection of revenue increase capacity through the application of Architectures, Campaign Orchestration, and Service Tiers.

The iCortex Engineering Revenue Ecosystem provides a tool for calculating operational profitability. For new deployments, this utility allows for an estimated projection of revenue increase capacity through the application of Architectures, Campaign Orchestration, and Service Tiers.

These are the steps to access the Revenue Projection:

  1. From the main menu, select “Recommendations”:

2. View the “Recommendations” panel. Click the “View Service Tiers” button:

3. Scroll to the bottom section to locate the projection tool:

Now, start calculating your profitability. By adjusting the variables in each row, you will observe the modification in the resulting estimate.

⭐Tip: By hovering the cursor over any of the information icons (❓), you will obtain the definition of each parameter in the projection form:

1. Revenue Recovery

In the first field, enter the average number of sessions with abandoned items in a daily cycle:

In the second field, specify the average transaction value:

The combination of these two variables will determine the Estimated Sales. Modifying either of them will impact the result of the Estimated Sale:

2. Automated Orchestration and Predictive Intelligence

The second row allows you to calculate the projected sales when activating Orchestration Engagement Flows. These capabilities are fundamental for conversion optimization within your domain.

In the first field, enter the average volume of visitors to your domain. This data is accessible from the “Summary” view, which consolidates the operational metrics of the Ecosystem.

The following three fields facilitate the calculation of the operational difference when the functionalities of automatic Orchestration, Engagement Flows, and brand reminders are active versus inactive within the configuration:

Activate and deactivate these parameters to observe the variation in the projected result. The greater the implementation of automated capabilities, the higher the estimated revenue increase will be:

3. Broadcast Orchestration and Promotions

The last row projects the estimated sales based on monthly Orchestration and discount initiatives implemented, correlated with the total volume of Profiles:

Enter the volume of Profiles in the first field:

Subsequently, define the frequency of Orchestration and the number of special promotions executed in the monthly cycle:

Again, a higher volume of Profiles, Orchestrations, and applied discounts will increase the estimated revenue:

Finally, the tool consolidates the total estimated revenue, adding the results of the three analyzed components:

The performance tool allows for setting strategic objectives in the Ecosystem and, consequently, facilitates the selection of a Service Tier aligned with your requirements. Once the revenue engineering objectives are defined, click “Select Service Tier” to review the options available for your domain:
