Compose Message Blueprints

Sumary: Design your communications with custom Architectures.

The iCortex™ Ecosystem facilitates the composition of message blueprints for the Orchestration of mass campaigns. Once composed, this Architecture can be deployed repeatedly.

Optimize your design to generate high conversion and effective calls to action. Proceed to composition:

You will see the following interface for configuring your Architecture:

You can compose the Architecture from this view or create new high fidelity scene with Lifestyle Engine™:

Logo or Support Image

The system attaches a logo or secondary image to your communication. If not specified, your entity’s main logo will be used without requiring modification.

This image will typically be positioned in the header of emails and on the left margin of mobile notifications.

Communication Title

Enter the title of your communication in the designated field. The use of concise, high-impact phrases is recommended. For example: Get an immediate discount.

Consider that the Profile will decide in seconds whether to interact with your message, both in email and mobile format.

Main Body

Now write a precise and strategic description in the ‘Write your message here’ field. Detail the benefit for the Profile or the promotion you wish to implement. This field allows for greater text length.

If you require assistance with writing, enter an initial draft and activate the ‘Improve with AI’ option for optimization.

Inclusion of Visual Elements

It is fundamental to attach high-quality, high-impact images to your Architecture.

It is recommended to use Lifestyle Engine™ to generate visually superior designs.

Action Button Configuration

Configure the action buttons. It is a requirement to configure a minimum of one call-to-action button.

You can implement one or two. Select ‘First button’ to open the configuration window:

Define the text visible on the button and the destination URL. Use the buttons to link directly to the Whatsapp Integration or to specific pages on your website. Use clear calls to action. When finished, press ‘Ok’:

Main Redirect URL

In the lower section, specify the destination URL to which Profiles will be redirected when interacting with the notification:

You can direct your Profiles to your store’s main page or to a specific product or promotion page:

Deploy Architecture

Conclude by clicking ‘Deploy Architecture’ and your design will be ready for Orchestration:

Render Preview

In the right panel of the interface, you can visualize in real-time the representation of your communication in mobile, desktop, or email format.

Select the name of each view to toggle the message display:
