Sumary: iCortex defines precise objectives to optimize the iCortex Engineering Revenue Ecosystem.

At iCortex, we understand that every operation is unique and possesses distinct requirements. For this reason, we have designed a tool that facilitates the definition of precise and achievable goals for the optimization of your commercial operation.

Locating Goal Configuration

In the Recommendations section, you will be able to select from five strategic vectors, each focused on improving critical aspects of your business.

To modify these parameters, access the edit option. In the upper right corner, you will find the interface for selection:

Next, the focus vectors will be displayed. It is mandatory to select two:

  1. Revenue Recovery
  2. Expedited communication with Profiles
  3. Capture of potential Profiles
  4. Mitigation of migration to competition
  5. Optimization of advertising investment

Meaning of Each Vector

To ensure effective results in your operation, it is imperative to select two vectors. This selection must align with the areas that require optimization or refinement.

Note: The selection of a vector does not restrict access to the remaining functionalities of the iCortex Engineering Revenue Ecosystem.

Below are guidelines for selection:

Revenue Recovery

This is a recurring challenge in E-commerce, evidenced by the loss of unfinished transactions.

The iCortex facilitates interaction with Profiles affected via channels such as Email, push notifications, and direct messaging. Consult the documentation on Revenue Recovery for operational details.

Capture of potential Profiles

If your operation records a high volume of visitors with low conversion to sales, or if it is a newly introduced entity seeking expansion of reach, select this vector.

Mitigation of migration to competition

Profiles often evaluate multiple points of sale before acquisition. If advertising investment is significant, it is recommended to select ‘Mitigation of migration to competition’ along with ‘Optimization of advertising investment’.

The iCortex will define operational tasks, such as the implementation of an incentive or promotion directed at existing Profiles and adjustments to the Profile Capture Interface.

Optimization of advertising investment

To maximize the return on advertising investment or in scenarios of high investment, select ‘Optimization of advertising investment’ and ‘Mitigation of migration to competition’.

Note: A recommendation associated with this vector is to offer a substantial discount in exchange for Profile subscription. This increases Profile capture and activates the automatic system of initial Engagement Flows and the intelligence of the iCortex™ AI Stylizer.

Expedited communication with Profiles

If a low open or interaction rate is observed in previous communications, or if real-time interaction is required (e.g., immediate delivery services), select ‘Expedited communication with Profiles’ and ‘Capture of potential Profiles’.

Remember that the iCortex operates as a multi-channel system, facilitating broader and faster interaction.


The correct selection of your strategic vectors will facilitate the improvement of specific aspects of your operation and will allow for more precise monitoring of the iCortex impact on your business.
