Editing Blueprints and Metrics

Sumary: Modifying message designs, AI optimization, and reviewing operational metrics.

Your brand identity has already been defined, but now you need to optimize your message copy, apply minor adjustments, or consult the historical performance of the orchestration. Let us proceed with the management.

Editing Procedure

Initially, navigate to the Lifecycles Strategies section and select the Brand Recall function. From here, you can modify the message blueprint, delete it, or adjust the Segment filtering criteria. It is also possible to activate or deactivate the execution.

Adjusting Name and Description

This action is purely administrative and serves for internal cataloging. It is recommended to incorporate a detailed description that facilitates future understanding of the Architecture’s purpose.

To modify the name and description, click on the edit icon (pencil) located on the left.

Deleting the Brand Recall Flow

To proceed with deletion, press the red trash icon. This action is irreversible. If your intention is only to stop the execution, use the status toggle to deactivate it.

Pause or Deactivation

You can suspend the orchestration if it was designed for a specific period or if you are preparing a new version and wish to preserve the accumulated metrics.

Activate or deactivate the status toggle:

Note: If the orchestration is deactivated, Profiles already in progress might complete pending messages for a limited time, but no new Profiles will be incorporated while it remains paused.

Segment Filtering

By selecting ‘Filter Segments’ you can apply or modify the segmentation criteria (this is not required for most business operations), but the functionality is available if needed.

For detailed information on segmentation, consult the documentation on Filtering Protocols.

Editing Message Blueprints

Access message editing by clicking directly on the Flow card.

Once inside, click on the visual or textual content of each message card.

Message Blueprints are designed and modified consistently across all configurations of the iCortex Engineering Revenue Ecosystem.

If you wish to delve deeper into template editing, consult the guide on Message Design.

Adding Steps to the Flow

You can incorporate additional messages into the Brand Recall Flow by clicking on the most prominent addition indicator.

Interval Between Messages

After adding a new step, you must specify the number of days that should elapse from the previous message. Consider this as the latency time required before the next delivery.

A longer interval is recommended if multiple sequential steps are added, but do not exceed 30 days, as this will dilute the effectiveness of the mechanism.

The operational standard suggests 15 days for initial steps and 30 days for subsequent ones.

Email Orchestration

Brand Recall orchestration now supports the email channel. If the blueprint was created recently, this functionality is likely already enabled.

If it is not active, it is suggested to first optimize the template of each message and execute the ‘Improve with AI Stylizer’ function.

You can activate or deactivate email sending by clicking on the envelope icon located in the upper left corner of each message element:

iCortex™ AI Stylizer Optimization

To enable email distribution in Brand Recall, it is necessary to edit the template of each step and select ‘iCortex™ AI Stylizer‘.

Recommendation: Verify that the message title is correctly configured; it can be the name of your entity or the URL, and the description should be a concise slogan.

Our system will generate much more persuasive content for your email communications.

Example: With the title ‘Maneki Style’ and the description ‘Elegant accessories for high-value Profiles’, the AI has produced the following result:

The result is efficient. Apply this functionality.

Once implemented, its use will become indispensable.

Consulting Metrics

To review the message performance reports, click on the Brand Recall orchestration card and consult the bar chart icon.

A panel will be displayed showing the aggregated activity of the selected message. In the lower section, the legend for each metric is detailed: interactions, views, or communication closures.

Your dedication to campaign optimization is evident. Remember that this configuration requires an initial implementation and operates automatically in the future.

You will verify the speed of the configuration and its autonomous operation.
