Distinction Between New and Imported Profiles

Contacts imported from external lists at the time of integration have not granted specific consent to receive this type of Orchestration. To preserve operational integrity and respect for Contact preferences, the flow is restricted to those who have actively subscribed.

This ensures that the Orchestration is directed to a receptive Segment, mitigating risks of friction or the perception of unwanted activity.

  • Upon accessing the panel, navigate to the Campaign Orchestration section in the side menu.
