A Flow is a set of orchestrations that are sent automatically to your new Profiles. In this article, you will learn how to configure messages so that your Contacts return to your online store.

Within the Strategic Cycles section, iCortex™ allows you to configure automatic orchestrations.

5 steps to configure your orchestrations

1. Create a new Flow or edit automatic Flows

As a first step, you must decide if you want to create a new Flow or edit those that iCortex™ offers.

Tip ➡️ Organize Flows around what you will offer the Contact, e.g., “Benefits” (discounts, promos, coupons)

2. Edit the Architecture

Select the button to edit Architecture

3. Compose the message

Define the title and the orchestration message. Always seek to capture attention immediately; be clear and concise.

Additionally, select an image (we recommend your brand logo) and you can add a horizontal image to generate more impact. If you do not know how to upload images, you can review this article.

4. Add action buttons

Add action buttons to your orchestrations. Use calls to action to motivate the Profile to access the benefit, e.g., “I want my discount”.

Additionally, include the link to the page where your visitors will be redirected.

5. Use Creative Studio or apply pre-designed Architectures

You can choose to use the Creative Studio application to create original designs or use one you have created previously.

Schedule the interval between orchestrations

iCortex™ provides the option to set the time interval between your orchestrations.

To modify it, you just need to click on the pencil shown in the image and schedule the time you desire.

Flows that are well-planned not only increase revenue, but also keep your Profiles engaged and satisfied. The implementation of these architectures ensures operational efficiency.
