Configuring Initial Engagement Flows

Sumary: Designing Engagement Flows for Profile retention and lifecycle optimization.

Welcome messages seek to build trust with new Profiles, and their objective is loyalty and increasing the return rate to your business portal.

⚠️Important: The Initial Engagement Flow will be operational only for Profiles captured through the capture module after the activation of the iCortex Engineering Revenue Ecosystem. Previous Profiles are migrated to the system, but do not receive Campaign Orchestration.

  1. Access via the “Campaign Orchestration” option and select “Engagement Flows”:

Alternatively, you can access it from this path.

2. Next, you will see the flow configuration interface:

3. Select the “Welcome messages” option; these notifications are Orchestrated to each new Profile. You can modify the name and description of the flow by clicking on the pencil icon.

For the moment, it is recommended to maintain the system’s default configuration.

4. To edit the notification flow Architecture, click the “Edit Notifications” button:

5. You will access the control panel where the Orchestrated message Architecture resides. From there you can:

  • Edit the predefined notifications.
  • Incorporate new messages into the flow.
  • Define the time intervals between each communication.

6. It is suggested to configure an Architecture of three communications:

Welcome Greeting: Include a greeting and thank the Profile. You can integrate an incentive for the first acquisition or preferential shipping. This motivates the Profile to complete the initial transaction.

Invitation to Social Channels: Take advantage of the second communication to expand your community on Social Networks. This ensures that your Profiles view content from your other digital assets, strengthening Brand Recall.

Direct Contact Incentive: In the third message, invite your Profiles to channel inquiries via WhatsApp. Offering specialized advice through this medium optimizes interaction.

If you need to add an additional step to your flow, simply click the “Add another” button.

7. Configure the wait times between each communication. This is managed from the edit icon located between each element of the flow:

Enter the desired interval; you can specify minutes, hours, or days:

With this, your welcome flow is configured. Flows are a primary loyalty channel, so it is recommended to design communications that provide intrinsic value to the Profile.
