The WhatsApp Integration on your website facilitates direct interaction with your Profiles, optimizes customer service, and boosts revenue growth. However, WhatsApp is just one component; its maximum performance is achieved when integrated with our iCortex Engineering Revenue Ecosystem.

Locating the Configuration

Below are the detailed steps to implement the WhatsApp Integration for your store within the iCortex™ Ecosystem. Follow these procedures to capitalize on the synergy between WhatsApp and revenue engineering intelligence.

  • In the side navigation panel, select Lifecycle Strategies.
  • A submenu will expand. Locate and select the Engagement Flows option.
  • Within Engagement Flows, identify the section dedicated to Revenue Recovery and the management of Purchase Experience. Focus on the Revenue Recovery configuration.

Activating the WhatsApp Orchestration Node

  • You will see the available nodes for revenue recovery orchestration. Activate the WhatsApp node by sliding the switch to the enabled position.

What is iCortex™ Native Nodes

iCortex™ nodes allow you to start sending WhatsApp messages immediately, from minute zero. Native nodes are phone numbers that operate under the iCortex™ infrastructure, allowing you to operate without connecting your own number.

You will be able to respond to your customers from the “Message Hub” section using suggestions based on the step where your customer abandoned their purchase.

Establishing the Connection

  • Configure the desired operating hours. Proceed to press the Connect button.

Note: If a Profile initiates an abandonment flow outside of the configured operating hours, the campaign orchestration will execute at the start of the next operating cycle, provided the transaction has not been completed.

  • Important: Make sure to remove the number you want to connect from both the WhatsApp Business and WhatsApp mobile apps. The number must not be active on either mobile app.
  • If you have completed the steps above, tap the “Connect with WhatsApp Business” button.
  • Review you implementation and activate the orchestration functionality for Revenue Recovery using the slider, moving it to the activation position.
  • Finally, execute the Deploy Configuration action by pressing “Implement Recovery Strategy” button. The WhatsApp Integration with the iCortex™ Ecosystem is now implemented.

With this configuration, you have successfully integrated the WhatsApp channel into your Engineering Revenue Ecosystem.

Now you can exploit advanced capabilities, including automated campaign orchestration for Revenue Recovery, the strategic application of personalized Stimulation, and maintaining contact with your Profiles through this high-effectiveness communication node.
