Orchestration Logs

Sumary: The Logs module contains the list of orchestrations executed in the last 5 days.

The Logs section of the iCortex Engineering Revenue Ecosystem contains the list of campaigns orchestrated in the last 5 days. The procedure for reviewing logs is detailed below:

1. Access from the main menu by selecting the Logs option, located in the lower section of the navigation:

2. Once on the Logs screen, you will have the details of all campaigns orchestrated from the application during the last 5 days. The details of the Architecture, status, Orchestration Nodes, and execution date are displayed, along with an actions column:

3. It is possible to filter orchestrations to view only those required. The filtering categories are: AI, Mass Campaigns, Revenue Recovery, and Transactional. Selecting an option restricts the view to campaigns belonging to that category:

4. Likewise, you can configure the number of entries to display in the logs list:

5. In the actions column, the Architecture detail is displayed by selecting the eye icon.

6. The orchestration success report is accessible via the bar chart icon, located adjacent to the detail icon:

Log consultation is performed with operational efficiency. It is recommended to monitor the behavior of Profiles in this module to maintain a robust loyalty strategy.
