Service Tier Management on External Gateways

Sumary: Procedures for the termination of Service Tiers managed through Mercadopago or PayPal.

If you require the termination of your Service Tier and the payment is associated with Mercadopago or PayPal, the operational procedure for deactivation is detailed below.

Termination via Mercadopago

❗Operational Note: This functionality is enabled exclusively for the Argentina jurisdiction 🇦🇷.

If your acquisition corresponds to Mercadopago, execute the following steps for the termination of the Service Tier:

1. Access your Mercadopago account. From the main navigation panel, select “Your subscriptions”:

2. For the management of active Service Tiers in Mercadopago, click on the “Go to subscriptions” link:

3. Identify your iCortex™ Service Tier and select the item:

4. The Service Tier details will be presented. In the bottom section, activate the “Cancel subscription” option:

Service Tier Termination via PayPal

1. Log in with your credentials to your PayPal account. Navigate to the settings section and select “Account settings”:

2. Within the settings, locate the “Payment preferences” option in the main menu:

3. Next, click on the “Manage automatic payments” link:

4. When the list of active automatic payments is displayed, select “iCortex” and subsequently activate the termination button:

Account Purge

After 3 months from the suspension of your account, it will be automatically terminated by the system. This process involves the deletion of all data stored in our infrastructure. This includes Profiles, Architectures, configurations, and the Campaign Orchestration history, among other assets.

Impact on Associated Profiles

After 3 months of inactivity, Profiles will be removed from the system. At the time of requesting termination, you may request a database export from the support team. Please note that push notification subscriptions are not exportable, but other metadata such as name, email, or phone number are.
