Operational Service Tiers

Let us proceed to the review of the Service Tiers available for your implementation. The fundamental differentiation lies in the maximum volume of manageable Profiles, assigned credits, and access to advanced functionalities such as WhatsApp integration or the artificial intelligence of the iCortex™ AI Stylizer. Let us analyze:

  • Node orchestration availability segmented by service level.
  • Resource governance, throughput thresholds, and deployment limits.
  • External gateway compatibility and integration scope by service level.

These are the primary Service Tiers, but you can scale according to your needs within the operational platform.

Capacity Excess

In the scenario where your operation exceeds the Profile limit stipulated in your contracted Service Tier, an overage charge proportional to the base rate of the selected Service Tier will be applied.

Calculation Methodology

The overage calculation is based on the unit cost per Profile associated with the contracted Service Tier. For example, for the 1,000 Profile Service Tier, the total cost of the Tier is divided by 1,000, resulting in a marginal cost of US$0.007 per additional Profile.

Following this example, if the capacity is exceeded by 100 Profiles, the billable impact will be a marginal adjustment of US$0.7.

Service Tiers with AI Capabilities

The assistance capabilities for textual optimization via AI, provided by the iCortex™ AI Stylizer, are integrated into all Service Tiers. The distinction lies in the sophistication of the messages automatically generated by the system, especially those designed for the management of items of interest or the Revenue Recovery of abandoned transactions.

While all Service Tiers facilitate Profile behavior analysis and automated message Orchestration, the quality and uniqueness of the generated texts (title and description) vary significantly.

Starting from the Business Service Tier with capacity for 1,000 Profiles, the texts generated for titles and descriptions are inherently unique, even if they refer to the same product. This systematic differentiation prevents the exposure of redundant or low-resonance messages to the Profile.

Service Tiers with WhatsApp Integration

Our platform enables Revenue Recovery via WhatsApp, through the Orchestration of a personalized message to the Contact, attaching the visual representation of the item.

This advanced functionality is available starting from the Business Service Tier with capacity for 2,500 Profiles.
