Configuring Brand Recall Flows

Sumary: Implementation of Engagement Flows for Profile retention.

Once you are clear on what Brand Recall is, you are instructed on how to configure a Brand Recall Engagement Flow in the iCortex Engineering Revenue Ecosystem.

Operational Location

Access ‘Brand Recall’ within the ‘Lifecycles Strategies’ module and follow the steps detailed below:

Subsequently, click the ‘Add Brand Recall’ button:

Cycle Duration

Define the time span that your cycle will cover. The periods are established in months. There are short, medium, and long-term reminders:

Technical Note: for products or services with recurring acquisition, for example: consumables, it is recommended to use a ‘Long-Term Reminder’. In contrast, if your product or service is a one-time acquisition (real estate, vehicles, specialized events), a short or medium-term reminder is suggested.

Scene Designs and Texts

Verify that the ‘Automatic Layouts with Lifestyle Engine™’ and ‘Improve AI texts’ options are active and proceed to click ‘Next’:

Visual Asset Upload

Upload visual assets representative of the product or service you market. Avoid assets containing text; prioritize images of Profiles interacting with the product or product photography with a neutral background and no text.

To do this, click on upload image:

Crop the image using the selector and click ‘Ok’:

Specification Reminder: in this section, use visual assets without text related to your offer. Refrain from using your logo or an isolated image of the product. For example, if you sell pet accessories, use images of dogs or cats using the accessory.

Title and Slogans

In the next step, enter the texts that will accompany your reminder.

1 – In the first field, enter your domain name or website (not the full URL).

2 – In the second field, enter a concise and effective description of the product or service you offer on your domain.

3 – In the final field, insert your slogan or a phrase that defines your brand. Once the three fields are completed, click ‘Next’.

Message Generation

The system will automatically generate between four and seven designed messages, syntesizing hyper-realistic scenes with Lifestyle Engine™.

Additionally, AI-assisted titles and descriptions will be generated to optimize the email presentation to the Profile.

Wait for completion and click ‘Next’:

Filtering Protocols for Brand Recall

Establish the filtering protocols to segment the audience that will receive your reminder. (For most merchants this is not required).

Apply segmentation only if you market disparate products or if you require differentiated messages for Profiles that interact with specific categories (e.g., items for male or female gender).

Consult here the implementation methodology:

1 – Select a filtering protocol for Profile segmentation. Keep in mind that message reception will begin once the established conditions are met.

2 – Finally, click ‘Save’:

Modifying Brand Recall

The Brand Recall configuration has been registered. If necessary, you can modify it, delete it, or adjust the Profile filtering protocol. You can also activate or deactivate it.

To edit the cycle name and description, access via the edit icon (pencil) located on the left.

Additionally, it is possible to add more messages to the Brand Recall Flow:

Viewing Metrics

To review the message performance reports, access the Brand Recall Flow and consult the bar chart icon.

Filter Specific Message Blueprint

Tapping the “filters” button allows you to segment who can or cannot receive a specific message.

Critical Note: Brand Recalls now operate in multi-channel mode (email and push notifications to mobile and desktop devices).

The implementation of your Brand Recall is recommended; this functionality ensures the persistence of your brand in the memory of your Profiles and constitutes a high-impact loyalty strategy.


Proceed with the configuration; the process requires a few minutes and the iCortex Engineering Revenue Ecosystem manages the execution.
