Activate the functionality and your content will be published to the TikTok feed according to the established schedule, extending your reach without requiring the composition of specific content for that network. The implementation procedure is detailed below.

Automated TikTok Publishing

When composing an Architecture of a message within the system (intended for email, push notifications, or other Orchestration Nodes), the engine can automatically adapt it as a TikTok post. This adaptation includes vertical formatting, relevant music, and defined calls to action.

Operational simplicity is key. There is no need to record or edit new content for TikTok. The technology intelligently adapts visual and textual material to the platform’s standard.

Activating Automated TikTok Publishing

To implement the WhatsApp Integration, you must access the ‘Campaign Orchestration‘ section of the navigation menu. There, you will find the option to activate publishing on TikTok. The first activation will guide the user to connect their TikTok business account through an agile process.

All management is centralized in the iCortex™ environment. In the ‘View’ section, you will be able to preview the composed Architecture with the native TikTok format.

TikTok Integration Procedure

The steps for integrating this Orchestration Node are direct and executed from the interface:

• Access the iCortex Engineering Revenue Ecosystem and navigate to the Dashboard.
• In the side menu, navigate to Campaign Orchestration.

• Compose the message Architecture. You can use the Creative Studio or a pre-existing Architecture. Select ‘Next Step’.
• Enter the destination URL and select ‘Next Step’.
• Define the target Segment and select ‘Next Step’.
• Activate the TikTok switch to enable publishing on that social network.

• Upon activating the switch, iCortex™ will manage the connection with TikTok and request the necessary permissions. Accept all required permissions for the integration.

• After granting permissions, a window will appear to configure specific TikTok parameters, such as privacy or enabling comments. Configure these parameters and select ‘Deploy TikTok configuration’.

• Review the applied configuration and, if correct, proceed to Orchestrate the campaign.

The integration with TikTok is now implemented, ensuring that message Architectures are displayed on that social network.

TikTok Publishing Schedule

Publishing will be executed on TikTok precisely at the time scheduled for the original communication dispatch. Once the option is activated, the system manages synchronization without requiring additional schedule adjustments.
