iCortex\u2122<\/strong> allows you to manage your Profile information<\/strong>. This way, you will be able to orchestrate campaigns in accordance with your Segment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Managing the Profile List<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Managing your Profiles is a straightforward process, following these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. To access <\/strong>your Profile list, navigate to the main menu located on the left side, select the “Segments” option<\/strong>, and then click on “Profiles”<\/strong>:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    2. Once in this interface, you will visualize the list of your Profiles<\/strong>. The list columns provide access to detailed Profile data such as: email, geographic location, registration date, among other indicators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Note: <\/strong>Historical Profiles<\/strong> will only receive Campaign Orchestration via email<\/strong>; push notifications will be activated only for new Profiles<\/strong>, that is, those registered after the implementation of iCortex\u2122.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Searching for Profiles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    You can efficiently locate<\/strong> a Profile using the search bar<\/strong>. Enter the name, location, email, Tagging Protocols<\/strong>, etc., in the “Search here”<\/strong> field to filter the results:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Deleting Profiles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    If you need to delete a Profile for operational reasons, you can execute the action by clicking on the delete icon (red trash can):<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Managing Tagging Protocols<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The iCortex Engineering Revenue Ecosystem allows you to classify your Profiles<\/strong> using Tagging Protocols<\/strong> \ud83c\udff7. These facilitate iCortex\u2122 Hyper-Segmentation\u2122<\/strong> for the Campaign Orchestration of mass email and notifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Note: <\/strong>The system applies automatic<\/strong> categorization to the Profile based on the time spent reviewing specific products. However, Tagging Protocols can be added manually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    It is possible to assign multiple Tagging Protocols to a single Profile:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
