In this article, we will take a walk through the process of receiving these messages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-c5739044fc957773cf060e3f537445fc\" style=\"color:#49c49c\">There are <strong>three order statuses<\/strong> which are sent as push notifications and email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: all order statuses are sent only by push notifications, except for &#8220;about to be shipped,&#8221; which is also sent by email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Status: &#8220;Payment approval&#8221;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This is the first notification <strong>generated when the payment for an order is approved<\/strong>. Status &#8216;Ready to be sent&#8217;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>When <strong>the order is in the packaging or assembly process<\/strong>, the second alert is generated. State &#8220;Send Tracking number&#8221;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, when the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a message containing the <strong>tracking number<\/strong>. This message is <strong>sent only when the order is being shipped by carrier<\/strong>; if it will be &#8220;picked up in-store&#8221; or delivered &#8220;to be agreed,&#8221; this notification is not sent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The message looks as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"666\" height=\"440\" src=\"https:\/\/es.notificationbutton.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-02-11-at-14.42.49.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3004\" style=\"width:398px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/icortex.ai\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-02-11-at-14.42.49.jpeg 666w, https:\/\/icortex.ai\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-02-11-at-14.42.49-300x198.jpeg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 666px) 100vw, 666px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\uded1<strong>Important<\/strong>: you must <strong>register the tracking number in the order status<\/strong> so that the notification includes that information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to include the tracking code<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have your store hosted on <strong>Tienda Nube<\/strong>, you can include the <strong>tracking number<\/strong> provided by the shipping company so that the push notification carries the information.
