Once you have a clear understanding of what Brand Reminder <\/strong>is, we will teach you how to set up a brand recall sequence<\/strong> on the platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where do I find it?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Enter “Brand Reminder<\/strong>” in the “Automation<\/strong>” section and follow the steps explained below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then click on the “Add brand Reminder<\/strong>” button:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Campaign duration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Choose how long you want your campaign to last<\/strong>. The time periods are set in months. There are short, medium, and long-term reminders:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \ud83d\udc4d\ud83c\udffcTip<\/strong>: For products or services that are purchased constantly, for example: litter or cat food, we recommend using a “Long-Term Reminder<\/strong>.” On the other hand, if your product or service is something that is purchased only once (houses, cars, wedding events), we recommend using a short or medium-term reminder<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    AI generated texts and designs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Make sure that the “Automatic Designs<\/strong>” and “Improve AI Texts<\/strong>” options are active and click on “Next<\/strong>“:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Upload Images<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Upload representative images of the product or service you offer<\/strong>. Do not use images that contain text; try to use images of people using your product or product photos with a background without text.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To do this, click on “Upload an image”<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Crop the image with the selection box and click “Ok<\/strong>“:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Title and Slogans<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    In the next step, enter the texts that will accompany your reminder<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1 – In the first field, write the title of your store or website (not the store’s URL<\/strong>):<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2 – In the second field, add a brief but effective description<\/strong> of the product or service you offer in your store:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The platform will automatically create between four and seven custom messages<\/strong>, adding your logo and slogan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Titles and descriptions will also be generated with AI so that the email looks more appealing to the customer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Wait for it to finish and click “Next<\/strong>“:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Brand reminder Filters and Segmentation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Create filters to segment the audience that will receive your message<\/strong>. (For most merchants, this is not necessary).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Segment your audience only if you sell very different products that are not related<\/strong> or if you want to send different messages to those who visit products for women or men.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    That’s it, your brand reminder has been saved<\/strong>. If you need it, you can edit it<\/strong>, delete it<\/strong>, or change the subscriber filter<\/strong>. You can also activate or deactivate it<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If you want to edit the name and description of your memory, you can do so by tapping on the pencil that appears on the left.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
