Tags help categorize your audience \ud83c\udfaf and optimize campaigns<\/strong>. On our platform, Tags are fully customizable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this section, we\u2019ll show you how to edit tags and create them from scratch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Editing Tags<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click on the ‘Tags<\/strong>‘ button:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. A new window will pop up showing all the default tags:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. If you wish to edit a tag<\/strong>, just click on the pencil icon<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. You can change the name of the tag. Type the new name and click on “Edit Name<\/strong>“:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Next, add a description for your tag and click ‘Save<\/strong>‘ to finish editing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. The description will show up when hovering<\/strong> your mouse cursor over the Tag:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Additionally, you can change the tag’s color<\/strong>. To do this, click on the paint palette icon<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. The color selection box <\/strong>will appear. Choose your preferred color, and you can preview it on the tag in real-time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Create new tags<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click on “Tags<\/strong>“:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    2.A new window will pop up showing all the default tags. Enter the new tags name on the “Create New Tag”<\/strong> field and click on “Add Tag<\/strong>“:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. Enter the new tag description and Save it<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4. Finally, pick the new tag colour, and it will be added to the tag list:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Assigning tags<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    1. In your subscriber list, pick the user that you want to add a tag to:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      2. On the “Tags<\/strong>” column, click the Tag Icon<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      3. You’ll see a list of active tags on your platform. Click on the tag(s) you want to add<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      4. The tags will then be assigned to that Customer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
