Your mass dispatches and Engagement Flows include configurable destination links in your iCortex\u2122 messages<\/strong>. This section details the configuration of these elements to maximize operational efficiency.<\/p>

Action links are configured in the Orchestration Settings<\/strong> sections and when designing messages within Engagement Flows<\/strong>:<\/p>

    • Do not limit yourself to directing traffic only to your main domain or the default link. For each orchestration, integrate links to your social assets<\/strong> to expand your community or invite your Profiles to a direct communication channel<\/strong> such as WhatsApp. The application possibilities are vast.<\/li>
    • You have two action links<\/strong> available; optimize their use. You can direct one link to product news and the second to an alternative contact channel: WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger.<\/li>
    • It is recommended to use links exclusively associated with your commercial operation<\/strong>. The inclusion of unrelated external URLs may be interpreted as unwanted traffic.<\/li>
    • Use direct calls to action in your link labels<\/strong>. Instead of a passive descriptor such as, for example: “Product Catalog,” use: “Access Now.” These phrases prompt the Profile to execute the required action.<\/li><\/ul>
