The procedure to access these results is detailed below:<\/p><ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Enter your <strong>Engagement Flows<\/strong> from the side menu:<\/li><\/ol><figure class='wp-block-image size-full is-resized'><img src='https:\/\/es.notificationbutton.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/image-13.png' alt='' class='wp-image-1378' style='width:218px;height:auto' \/><\/figure><p>2. Select any Engagement Flow you have designed:<\/p><figure class='wp-block-image size-large is-resized'><img src='https:\/\/es.notificationbutton.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/image-27-1024x398.png' alt='' class='wp-image-1404' style='width:637px;height:auto' \/><\/figure><p>3. Within your Flow detail, click on the chart icon located on the cards that make up the Architecture:<\/p><figure class='wp-block-image size-full'><img src='https:\/\/es.notificationbutton.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/image-28.png' alt='' class='wp-image-1405' \/><\/figure><p>4. The <strong>specific report for that message component<\/strong> will be displayed. You will be able to consult:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Left panel: <\/strong>Quantity of orchestrated messages and the status of message views. It is broken down as follows: <em>Total clicks, iCortex shown but no actions taken, iCortex shown but closed by the Profile, Not shown yet<\/em>.<\/li><li><strong>Right panel:<\/strong> Quantity of clicks performed by Profiles.
