This module details <strong>how to configure welcome message flows<\/strong>.<\/p><p>\u26a0\ufe0f<strong>Important:<\/strong> The Initial Engagement Flow <strong>will be operational only for Profiles captured<\/strong> through the capture module after the activation of the iCortex Engineering Revenue Ecosystem. <strong>Previous Profiles are migrated to the system, but do not receive Campaign Orchestration<\/strong>.<\/p><ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Access via the <strong>&#8220;Campaign Orchestration&#8221;<\/strong> option and select <strong>&#8220;Engagement Flows&#8221;<\/strong>:<\/li><\/ol>\n<figure class='wp-block-image size-full is-resized'><img src='https:\/\/es.notificationbutton.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/image-13.png' alt='' class='wp-image-1378' style='width:218px;height:auto' \/><\/figure><p>Alternatively, you can access it from <a href='https:\/\/accounts-es.notificationbutton.com\/account\/campaigns\/automation\/sequential'><strong>this path<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p><p>2. It is suggested to configure an <strong>Architecture of three communications<\/strong>:<\/p><p><strong>Welcome Greeting: <\/strong><em>Include a <strong>greeting and thank the Profile<\/strong>. You can integrate an incentive for the first acquisition or preferential shipping.
