This article details the process for receiving these communications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color\" style=\"color:\">There are <strong>three key Order Lifecycle Milestones<\/strong> which can be orchestrated via push notifications, email, and SMS.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Depending on the e-commerce solution implemented (TiendaNube, Prestashop, Shopify, etc.), caution is recommended to avoid duplicate email communications, as these systems typically issue native alerts regarding payment and shipping events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style='height:38px' aria-hidden='true' class='wp-block-spacer'><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class='wp-block-heading'>Activation Configuration:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To activate or deactivate orchestration nodes, access the &#8216;Strategic Cycles&#8217; section and select &#8216;Purchase Experience&#8217;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class='wp-block-image size-full'><img src='https:\/\/es.notificationbutton.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/image-121.png' alt='' class='wp-image-3699' \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class='wp-block-image size-full'><img src='https:\/\/es.notificationbutton.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/image-123.png' alt='' class='wp-image-3702' \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Toggle each switch to manage the corresponding orchestration node.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style='height:47px' aria-hidden='true' class='wp-block-spacer'><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class='wp-block-heading'>1. Payment Milestone<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This is the initial communication that <strong>is generated upon approval of an acquisition payment<\/strong>. The alert received by the Profile will be displayed as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class='wp-block-image size-full is-resized'><img src='https:\/\/es.notificationbutton.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/download-1600\u00d71200-1-1.png' alt='' class='wp-image-1360' style='width:398px;height:auto' \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style='height:44px' aria-hidden='true' class='wp-block-spacer'><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class='wp-block-heading'>2. Processing Milestone<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>When the <strong>order is in the preparation or assembly process<\/strong>, the second alert is generated. The communication received by the Profile will be as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class='wp-block-image size-full is-resized'><img src='https:\/\/es.notificationbutton.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/download-1600\u00d71200-3.png' alt='' class='wp-image-1361' style='width:398px;height:auto' \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style='height:45px' aria-hidden='true' class='wp-block-spacer'><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class='wp-block-heading'>3. Logistics Milestone<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, when <strong>the order has been dispatched<\/strong>, the Profile receives the communication that includes the <strong>tracking code<\/strong>. This alert is issued exclusively if the order is managed by a transport company; if the method is &#8216;store pickup&#8217; or &#8216;to be agreed&#8217;, this communication is not activated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Generally, these communications are delivered via push notification and SMS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The alert is displayed as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class='wp-block-image size-full is-resized'><img src='https:\/\/es.notificationbutton.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/download-1600\u00d71200-2-1.png' alt='' class='wp-image-1362' style='width:398px;height:auto' \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Critical Note:<\/strong> the tracking code <strong>must be registered in the order status<\/strong> for the orchestration to include such information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style='height:63px' aria-hidden='true' class='wp-block-spacer'><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class='wp-block-heading'>Orchestration via SMS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Any of the communications can be orchestrated via SMS, but SMS credit consumption must be considered. For this reason, it is advised to keep SMS active only for the dispatched order alert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In case of credit depletion, you may top up SMS credits (these credits do not have an expiration date) or migrate to a higher Service Tier that incorporates a larger monthly volume of SMS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class='wp-block-heading'>Justification for SMS Orchestration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Many Profiles will complete acquisitions without being subscribed to push notifications, limiting receipt to email. In certain cases, the Profile might not open their inbox or the message could be classified as spam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SMS does not require prior subscription and is the optimal channel for notifying critical events, such as the dispatch of an acquisition, ensuring message visibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style='height:60px' aria-hidden='true' class='wp-block-spacer'><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class='wp-block-heading'>Inclusion of Tracking Code<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If your business operates under <strong>Tienda Nube<\/strong>, you can integrate the <strong>tracking code<\/strong> provided by the transport company so that the communication contains this information.
